About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage strategic and large-scale contracts, serving as the primary person responsible for their execution and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, scope, schedule, budget, and established performance indicators.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the company and its clients.
  • Continuously monitor contract health, identifying risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the achievement of the technical, financial, and commercial results established for each contract.
  • Track schedule, cost, quality, productivity, margin, and client satisfaction indicators.
  • Support negotiations involving contract amendments, contractual reviews, claims, and scope changes.
  • Promote contract risk management.
  • Report results periodically to the Executive Board.
  • Develop leaders and strengthen a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards and internal policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Sanitation Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or specialization in Project Management, Leadership, or Business Management.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • At least 15 years of experience in sanitation projects.
  • Experience managing large-scale contracts and projects.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
