Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and report a variety of statistical and clinical data
Analyze trends and outcomes and provide answers and possible solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, computer science, statistics, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) related majors
Past experience commensurate with area of responsibility preferred
Strong background in practical statistics preferred
Workday and HR experience a plus
Good working knowledge of computer-based applications
General knowledge of database structure and relationships
General knowledge of statistical concepts and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to make independent and timely decisions
Ability to collect and organize detailed information
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact
