About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer projects day-to-day and verify required deliverables meet quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Identify and assess risks, facilitate resolution, and minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced working knowledge with project management software and Microsoft Office required.
- At least three years of experience managing full life cycle projects desired.
- Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent advanced training in project management preferred.
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts.
- Ability to work 40 scheduled hours per week.
