About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- LPN: Participate in implementation and evaluation of patient care under supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician
- LPN: Provide high-quality care to patients across the lifespan
- LPN: Educate and communicate with patients and families
- LPN: Collaborate with providers and the care team
- MA: Assist nursing staff and providers in delivering high-quality patient care
- MA: Work within administration-defined scope-of-practice guidelines for the state of practice

Requirements
What you’ll need- LPN: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- LPN: Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- LPN: Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
- If required in North Dakota, IV therapy/management qualification through an approved AASPN program or approved IV Therapy course
- MA: Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program
- MA: Nationally certified or registered as a Medical Assistant
- MA: CMA certification through an approved national certification program or RMA registration through the American Medical Technologists
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of employment and recertification as required
- Prior healthcare-setting experience preferred for MA
