About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strong leadership to business intelligence (BI) staff
- Prepare, present, and explain information to management
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop reporting platforms, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analytics
- Develop and mentor staff
- Participate in human resources-related functions
- Establish team priorities and set timelines
- Ensure timelines are consistently and efficiently met

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, computer science, statistics, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) related majors required
- Three years of managerial experience required
- Minimum of three years of prior financial, statistical, and analytical experience required
- Extensive understanding of database strengths and limitations
- Knowledge of sources and definitions of data elements
- Understanding of interrelationships between various databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple complex projects and deadlines
- Understanding of executive-level information requirements
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity
