About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
  • Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
  • If working in North Dakota or Minnesota and not a CNA, must be on the applicable Nursing Assistant Registry within four months from the date of hire
  • If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility
  • Ability to provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN or LPN supervision
