About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a business partner in overall financial strategy
Proactively support and constructively challenge the management team in defining and executing business plans
Contribute to performance management and provide high-quality analysis to strengthen decision-making processes
Drive financial performance management across long-term and short-term KPIs and select relevant measurements
Monitor and follow up on main KPIs and ensure corrective actions are taken when needed
Conduct weekly and monthly financial statement and performance analysis
Prepare monthly presentations for the Executive Leadership Team
Prepare, analyze, and validate financial data and reports supporting forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and rigor in data management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with an ERP, preferably Infor M3
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a strong asset
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
CPA with some audit experience preferred
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
