About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate and continuously develop server, cloud, and workplace environments
Plan and implement infrastructure and migration projects in the Microsoft ecosystem
Take responsibility for central directory services, identities, and authorization concepts
Design modern workplace solutions and endpoint management with Microsoft Intune
Further develop network, firewall, and site infrastructures
Support projects involving cloud telephony, remote access, and modern communication solutions
Ensure reliable and secure IT operations through backup, monitoring, and security measures
Introduce new technologies and modernize existing systems
Document changes and solutions and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer
Work closely with business departments, service providers, and IT colleagues across the company group

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed IT training, a degree, or comparable qualification, with professional experience in infrastructure or systems operations
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Windows Server and Active Directory; Entra ID is an advantage
Experience operating and further developing modern infrastructure and cloud solutions
Knowledge of virtualization technologies; Azure Virtual Desktop is an advantage
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
Structured, solution-oriented approach to work, combined with strong analytical skills
Ability to resolve technical challenges independently and advance solutions collaboratively within a team
Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse requirements
Ideally, knowledge of networking, firewalls, Intune, security, monitoring, or cloud migrations
