About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle and resolve tickets and requests related to SAP MM and integrated systems
- Analyze and resolve medium- and high-complexity incidents
- Gather and map requirements with the Procurement, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Receiving departments
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions for business processes
- Perform SAP MM configuration
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements
- Monitor developments carried out by internal teams, consulting firms, and vendors
- Participate in the migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, assessing impacts, gaps, and MM processes
- Evaluate and monitor the implementation of SAP Notes and patches
- Manage vendors and consulting firms, monitoring deadlines, SLAs, and delivery quality
- Develop SQL/BI queries for data analysis, auditing, and business support
- Keep technical documentation, manuals, and materials related to assigned processes up to date
- Train and guide key users and junior-level professionals
- Work in accordance with Information Security, IT Governance, and other internal policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, STEM-related fields, or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Systems Support, or Consulting
- Functional experience with SAP MM
- Knowledge of Procurement, Purchasing, and Inventory processes
- Intermediate SQL/database knowledge
- Intermediate BI knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of Information Security
- Intermediate knowledge of Agile methodologies/Scrum
- Availability to work on projects, application support, and business stakeholder engagement
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement (3 days onsite and 2 days working from home)
- Availability to reside in Ribeirão Preto or the surrounding area
