About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Propose, design, and lead research aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Ensure quality, methodological rigor, and ethical standards throughout research processes.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable, and strategic insights.
  • Facilitate and participate in ideation and rapid validation processes, including prototyping and testing in schools and with partners.
  • Collaborate closely with product, education, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement, and new research areas.
  • Support the coordination team in preparing internal training sessions for product teams on topics related to the education market and product culture.
  • Contribute to the design of products featuring innovative, inspiring learning journeys connected to real-world market challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than two years of experience in research, product, UX research, educational innovation, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Strategic Foresight, Trend Research, Horizon Scanning, or Scenario Planning methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Data Science, UX Research, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking and a decision-making mindset.
  • Excellent synthesis and data storytelling skills.
  • Experience with basic education, edtech companies, or educational products.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and discovery and prototyping processes.
  • Basic proficiency in English or Spanish.
