About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide pedagogical guidance to teachers, school administrators, and education department leaders in the municipalities and states adopting Soluções Moderna’s educational solutions
- Deliver teacher training
- Coordinate and align with other trainers
- Support the use of digital resources
- Maintain relationships with clients
- Contribute to client retention and, when appropriate, the prospecting of new partners
- Promote the use of Soluções Moderna’s educational projects, especially print and digital resources
- Assist partner education networks with learning recovery and remediation processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Education, a teaching degree in Language Arts, or a teaching degree in Mathematics
- Specializations in education, assessment, and school management are important differentiators
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google digital tools and educational platforms
- Previous experience in the classroom, school management, or pedagogical advising
- Ability to understand and continuously adapt to change
- Strong communication and active listening skills to understand business needs
- Goal-oriented, autonomous, and proactive approach
