About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, analyze, and distribute management reports and performance indicators
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reporting panels using Power BI
- Support decision-making through critical data analysis and the preparation of executive presentations
- Prepare management and executive PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, including performance analyses, results, projections, and strategic indicators
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of information provided to leadership
- Track and control the expense and revenue budgets of the areas supported by Operations
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results
- Prepare financial projections and monitoring reports
- Support management in developing and monitoring the area’s financial indicators
- Issue and control requests for promotional materials and communications intended for sales consultants
- Track the request workflow and ensure compliance with established deadlines
- Provide administrative support to regional sales teams
- Monitor material deliveries and orders with Logistics and carriers
- Track incidents, delays, and redelivery requirements
- Prepare controls and performance indicators related to deliveries
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes
- Propose solutions to increase operational efficiency and reduce rework
- Participate in digital transformation and process improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard development, and KPI creation
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and expense and revenue control
- ERP knowledge is a plus
- Experience analyzing data and performance indicators
- Strong communication skills and active listening to understand business needs
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
