Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or natural sciences.
- Hands-on experience with Java and/or other object-oriented programming languages through university projects, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
- Experience developing backend applications.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Analytical skills, patterns for problem solving, and contextual knowledge.
- Structure and stringent logic.
- Clear communication and ability to understand clients and teams.
- Passion for software development and continuous exploration of new technologies and programming concepts.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with accounting processes is a plus.
- Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD workflows is an asset.
