About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted advisor to Japanese insurance customers at C-Suite level
- Increase customer bottom-line results
- Support insurance pre-sales activities
- Quickly understand and present SAP Fioneer insurance solutions
- Deliver solution demonstrations in English and Japanese
- Address customer inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs
- Identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value within the portfolio and for new clients
- Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels
- Analyze customer organizational interdependencies and guide appropriate engagement approaches
- Collaborate with business specialists to create and close opportunities
- Extend SAP Fioneer’s financial services software platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Skilled in insurance pre-sales support
- Ability to quickly grasp SAP Fioneer insurance solutions
- Ability to articulate SAP Fioneer's offerings to prospects
- Ability to deliver compelling solution demonstrations in English and Japanese
- Ability to address customer inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs
- Ability to identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value
- Understanding of customer business drivers and how to establish buy-in at all levels
- Understanding of interdependencies within customer organizations and appropriate engagement approaches
- Extensive experience in large-scale core insurance implementations in Japan
- Hands-on experience implementing core insurance solutions across policy administration, claims, digital front ends, reinsurance, payments and collections, incentives and commissions management, and other areas
- Excellent insurance domain knowledge
- Knowledge of insurance industry trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Experience working in an international environment
