About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with development banks to modernize their core processes
  • Implement SAP Fioneer’s banking solutions
  • Apply expertise in digital transformation, integration, and banking-specific requirements
  • Ensure software is seamlessly deployed into clients’ existing system landscapes
  • Contribute to end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and long-term evolution of platform modules tailored for development banking
  • Help development banks improve efficiency, scale effectively, and deliver their public mandate through modern technology
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals and cross-functional customer teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience successfully implementing digital transformation projects
  • Experience within Financial Services is a plus
  • SAP expertise is not mandatory
  • Customer-centric mentality and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in teams and interact positively with colleagues and customers while solving complex problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
