About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support marketing and customer service as part of the Sappi North America Sales & Marketing team
Interact and coordinate between multiple functional groups supporting outside sales, logistics, and supply chain operations
Provide operational excellence through superior customer service and continuous improvement of customer support activities
Provide vacation coverage
Manage customer orders and the order fulfillment process
Identify a point of interest for the required co-op project
Work with the inside sales team and relevant departments to secure information and support for the co-op project
Work with Sappi mills, warehouses, and the Inside Sales team on delays, stock checks, and rerunning orders
Learn order placement through fulfillment for graphics, packaging, and specialty products produced domestically and globally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a four (4) year Pulp & Paper, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business major
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with various personnel to meet departmental needs
Self-starter who can work independently
Ability and desire to work effectively, with attention to detail
Ability to meet the requirements of the position
