About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and further develop the SAP system landscape, with a focus on SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management)
- Analyze business requirements from the real estate divisions and translate them into sustainable SAP solutions
- Manage requirements and design and implement new SAP processes
- Actively support and shape SAP transformation and migration projects, particularly in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Optimize existing business processes and identify digitalization opportunities within the real estate sector
- Collaborate with key users, business departments, project managers, and external partners
- Customize and further develop SAP applications using SAP Fiori and, where required, ABAP
- Contribute to international projects with colleagues from Germany, France, and Italy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field of study
- At least five years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant, SAP In-House Consultant, or SAP Advisor, with a focus on SAP RE-FX
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP, particularly the SAP RE-FX module
- Experience with SAP implementation, optimization, or migration projects
- Ideally, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and/or ABAP
- Good understanding of business concepts, particularly in controlling and management accounting
- Analytical mindset and strong conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and consulting skills when working with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
