About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Integration and Support Engineering, roughly 20 people across three functions
- Build playbooks, onboarding, best practices, and SLAs to scale the organization
- Coach and develop technical leads and help them grow their teams and leadership capabilities
- Provide hands-on technical judgment for scoping and contract structuring
- Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to drive cross-sell, upsell, and net revenue retention
- Partner with the POC team, including Data Scientists, to drive successful proofs of concept
- Apply deep product fluency to guide scoping, delivery, and people-related challenges
- Unite technical teams under common standards and quality expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading large technical teams (20+) in B2B SaaS, including building out the management layer beneath you
- Domain experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or banking
- Deep technical and product expertise sufficient to guide strategic decisions, contribute to team planning and training, and advise on integration complexity and scoping
- Track record of building operational rigor through playbooks, SLAs, and structured processes as organizations scale
- Experience scaling a team through a period of rapid growth
- Strong coaching instincts and ability to develop fast-rising leaders
- Comfort leading through growth and change
- Experience spanning both pre-sales and post-sales motions (bonus)
- Familiarity with fintech beyond fraud/compliance specifically (bonus)
- Candidates in or around the Bay Area who can come to the Berkeley office 1–2 times a week if needed
- Must maintain a home base in the country hired in
- Ability to attend an in-person interview if requested
- Ability to satisfy employment authorization and sponsorship requirements
