About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end onboarding support
Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
Analyze clients' technical and functional requirements and design solutions based on Sardine's system and product capabilities
Manage implementation projects, including monitoring quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
Understand customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions using Sardine's technology
Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external
3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communicating complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI
Experience with web development
Experience writing scripts to build internal tools, such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, and Postman
