About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Sonar roadmap
  • Build infrastructure layers for institutions and their agents to fight financial crime
  • Develop secure, governed collaboration channels for institutions
  • Build verified, scoped, and auditable identity and trust access
  • Develop governed intelligence connecting related entities across institutions
  • Make Sonar available wherever institutions and their agents work
  • Write and maintain technical specifications, integration playbooks, and documentation
  • Translate 314(b), GLBA, FCRA, and BSA constraints into product requirements
  • Work directly with Legal on implementation questions
  • Partner with Engineering on data and platform architecture
  • Work with fraud, AML, and investigations teams to understand analyst workflows
  • Define and track member adoption, inquiry volume, response rates, time to answer, and agent usage quality
  • Work with BD, Sales, and Partnerships to onboard institutions and platform partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years in payment networks, fintech, financial crime, identity, or data platform products
  • Experience shipping APIs or developer-facing products
  • Fluency in authentication, scoped credentials, and audit logging
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and supporting infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of fraud, AML, and investigation workflows
  • Experience building within regulatory constraints on data use
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort querying data
  • Ability to write clear specifications and communicate with engineers, lawyers, and bank executives
  • Familiarity with 314(b), GLBA, or FCRA is ideal
  • Experience with consortium, data cooperative, or information-sharing products is a bonus
  • Background in entity resolution or graph-based investigation is a bonus
  • Prior experience at a bank, payments network, or compliance technology vendor is a bonus
  • Must keep a home base in the country hired in
