About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inspect precision-molded components in a clean, air-conditioned, state-of-the-art environment
  • Follow safety procedures and promptly report unsafe conditions
  • Inspect products and packaging to ensure SARSTEDT quality standards are met
  • Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and labeling for accuracy and traceability
  • Monitor multiple semi-automated machines and identify defects early
  • Document inspection results, production counts, and other key information accurately
  • Maintain an organized workspace and support basic machine upkeep
  • Support initiatives to reduce scrap and improve production quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Exceptional reliability, dependability, and integrity
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and simple calculations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work 2nd shift, 2:30pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
  • Shift availability may change based on business needs
  • Frequent use of hands to handle and inspect small parts
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work in an environment with ongoing background noise
  • Previous manufacturing, inspection, or injection molding experience is nice to have
  • Background working in a fast-paced production environment is nice to have
