About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee implementation of transformation projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with strategic objectives
Identify operational improvement opportunities and develop actionable efficiency plans
Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and stakeholders to understand business needs and gain buy-in
Drive process optimization, technology integration, and organizational change across departments
Create and implement processes and ways of working
Implement change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, technologies, and practices
Contribute to the overall transformation program and monitor initiative progress and performance
Provide regular updates to senior leadership
Foster continuous business improvement and innovation
Lead large transformation initiatives and coach individuals and teams on initiative setup, roadmaps, planning, execution, and ways of working
Perform ad hoc team tasks
Report to the Head of Transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or similar roles
Experience in the airline or transportation industry is a plus
Experience in project management and leadership within strategic, cross-functional initiatives
Experience driving transformation and organizational change in complex environments
Proven ability to drive clarity and alignment across complex projects and ensure successful delivery
Experience supporting process improvement, operating model development, organizational change, or implementation of new ways of working
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, including engagement with C-suite stakeholders
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is an advantage
EU work permit required
Successful completion of a background check for this security-classified role
