About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end product design process
- Identify problems, opportunities, and challenges related to user and business needs
- Create a brand-new B2C application for candidates from scratch (80%)
- Maintain and improve the existing B2B application for recruiters (20%)
- Prepare and facilitate user interviews
- Analyze competitors and monitor design trends
- Analyze internal data
- Lead ideation sessions to find the best solutions
- Create, test, and improve concepts until an effective solution is achieved
- Apply visual design principles and create high-fidelity prototypes when necessary
- Prepare user stories with production-ready assets for development
- Collaborate with Product Management, fellow Design team members, and Engineering
- Ensure consistent design across all products and a smooth development process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product design experience in product-focused companies
- Proven ability to design useful solutions to complex product problems
- Experience designing web applications (mobile and desktop) and native applications (iOS and Android)
- Basic understanding of SaaS solutions combining B2B and B2C contexts
- Strong UX methodology toolkit for facilitating design workshops, conducting product discovery, carrying out user interviews, and managing UX in agile environments
- Effective problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills
- Open design feedback culture
- Fluent spoken and written English
