Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with founders and hiring managers
Define role profiles and prioritize hiring needs
Develop recruiting strategies
Identify, approach, and qualify candidates through various channels
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
Advise stakeholders on salary benchmarks, role profiles, and candidate fit
Conduct interviews and facilitate debriefs
Support the offer process
Develop and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and playbooks for clients and Satellite
Share knowledge and support colleagues with recruiting best practices

What you’ll need

Experience with end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a tech environment or across a mix of tech and business roles
Experience in active sourcing, as well as approaching and assessing candidates through various channels
Ability to advise stakeholders on topics such as market trends, role profiles, and hiring decisions
Experience optimizing recruiting processes and tools
Team-oriented approach and close collaboration with colleagues on the Satellite team
Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
Based in Berlin
Openness to hybrid work: one day per week in a Satellite coworking space, plus occasional on-site days with clients
