About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven executive experience (COO, VP Ops, or similar senior leadership role) in a fast-growing scale-up, tech, or fintech environment
- Demonstrated success in designing, scaling, and managing complex operational processes at scale
- Strong ability to turn complex business challenges into clear, actionable operational frameworks using data-driven insights
- Track record of building, scaling, and empowering high-performing operational teams
- Strong ownership mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
- Expected travel up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
- Willingness to relocate to Luxembourg
- Willingness to work in the office three days per week
