About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and operate AI workflows and/or models in Python, focusing on LLMs.
Build scalable AI solutions bridging AI/ML and software engineering.
Collaborate with data scientists, developers, domain experts, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders.
Research new trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Translate business needs into practical ML/AI solutions and communicate results clearly.
Document work to ensure it is reproducible and understandable across the team.
Support AI workflows and models for marketing products of a global payments and financial services leader, enabling campaign measurement, customer insights, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or any relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in Data Science/ML, with knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning.
Experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, etc.).
Python proficiency with libraries like PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Pydantic.
Exposure to cloud tech (Azure, AWS), Git, and Docker (Kubernetes is a bonus).
Fluent in English, with solid communication skills.
Bonus: Experience with HuggingFace, LangChain, and vector similarity search tools (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
Bonus: Experience with mainstream AI models from OpenAI, Google and/or Anthropic.
