About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate and experiment with emerging low-code AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, Databricks Genie and Agent Bricks, and Salesforce Agentforce
- Identify capabilities, limitations, and best practices for using low-code AI tools in real-world settings
- Build proofs of concept and small-scale applications to solve business problems quickly
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into valuable AI solutions
- Guide clients on production aspects including security, cost monitoring, robustness, maintainability, governance, and Responsible AI
- Share insights, patterns, and lessons learned as an internal knowledge hub
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for AI, automation, and no/low-code technologies
- Curiosity, self-direction, and a builder’s mindset
- Professional experience with low-code application building and prompt engineering
- Ability to explain complex concepts in client-friendly language
- Analytical mindset, strong conceptual thinking, and a structured mind
- Strong relationship-building abilities with clients and colleagues
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Based in the Athens area for client visits
- Experience in Retail, CPG, Financial Services, or Energy preferred as a bonus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Agentspace, Amazon Bedrock Agents, Salesforce Agentforce, Databricks Genie, or Databricks Agent Bricks preferred as a bonus
- Familiarity with n8n, Make, or Zapier preferred as a bonus
- Portfolio of low-code AI applications, agents, or GPTs preferred as a bonus
- Experience integrating LLMs via API and/or using MCP or A2A protocols preferred as a bonus
- Ideally 2+ years of client-facing work experience
