About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the department’s legal activities, including case analysis and drafting simple legal documents, such as petitions and powers of attorney substitutions
- Calculate court costs and issue payment slips
- Support responses to NIPs (Preliminary Mediation Notifications) under the supervision of the legal team
- Monitor and manage judicial and administrative proceedings through the PJe, E-proc, JPe, and Legal One systems
- Organize documents, maintain spreadsheets, and update records and files
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and legal materials
- Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and development initiatives offered by PASA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a university degree in Law, from the fourth semester onward
- Availability to work 30 hours per week, in the morning or afternoon, during mutually agreed hours
- Availability to work on-site at least three days per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience drafting simple petitions and powers of attorney substitutions (preferred)
- Knowledge of court cost calculations (preferred)
- Knowledge of issuing payment slips (preferred)
- Familiarity with court systems such as PJe, E-proc, and JPe (preferred)
- Familiarity with internal legal case management systems, especially Legal One (preferred)
