About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead engineering and capital investment projects
  • Analyze requirements and design technical solutions suited to the site’s specific context
  • Prepare the necessary drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
  • Develop capital investment files, specifications, and supplier consultation documents
  • Coordinate studies, construction work, testing, and commissioning
  • Ensure quality, cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met
  • Participate in site meetings and provide daily oversight of activities
  • Liaise with operations teams and support users in adopting and utilizing new installations
  • Escalate issues, prioritize actions, and propose pragmatic solutions
  • Ensure site safety and verify equipment compliance
  • Contribute to site master plans and long-term plant development plans
  • Implement industrial project management standards and best practices
  • Share lessons learned and monitor technical solutions and suppliers
  • Contribute to energy performance initiatives and cross-functional assignments within FSP Industrial Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in industrial project management, capital projects, process engineering, or facility improvement
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, including reading, modifying, and creating industrial drawings and layouts
  • Strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders, including production, maintenance, site management, suppliers, and contractors
  • Hands-on approach, with the ability to integrate into a site-based team and work closely with operations on a daily basis
  • Autonomous, organized, curious, and team-oriented, with leadership skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel to FSP subsidiaries in France and abroad
  • Spanish or Italian would be an advantage
