About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the MDM team responsible for support, continuous improvement, and projects: 8 internal employees expected by the end of 2026, including an intermediate manager responsible for support.
- In close collaboration with the Data Office, define and lead the Group MDM roadmap in alignment with business, IT, and Data priorities.
- Ensure the performance, stability, security, and scalability of the Stibo STEP platform.
- Support the team’s progressive skills development on the Stibo STEP platform to ensure sustainable mastery of the solution.
- Lead the continuation of finished and semi-finished product master data deployments (YODA project) and Supplier MDM.
- Initiate and launch the MDM projects planned for the coming months: Customer MDM, item extensions, Sites, and Companies.
- Support the Data Office in transforming the Group’s MDM governance.
- Manage budgets, priorities, risks, service quality, and delivery commitments for the area.
- Contribute to the Group’s growing maturity in master and reference data quality, governance, and management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience working with master data in an IT environment (MDM solution management, ERP systems, etc.).
- Significant experience managing teams and leading international projects.
- Strong understanding of Product, Supplier, Customer, and Organization master data domains.
- Knowledge of a market-leading MDM solution, ideally Stibo STEP.
- Leadership, strong synthesis and communication skills, and the ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Fluent English required (minimum B2 level).
- Occasional travel in France and internationally is required as part of deployments and subsidiary support.
