About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and ensure production of the units, focusing on all topside equipment
  • Troubleshoot and conduct incident analysis for issues arising in the units
  • Ensure units operate within design conditions for optimal performance and safety
  • Ensure facilities and processes comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
  • Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk analyses, and implement corrective actions
  • Investigate incidents related to production loss and process safety, including follow-up actions
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of production facilities
  • Implement best practices in process management, maintenance, and operational procedures
  • Provide technical support to offshore operations using PI, SEEQ, and daily reports
  • Lead facility-related projects from conceptualization through execution within budget and schedule
  • Support planning and coordination of interventions involving CO2 membranes, SRP membranes, molecular sieves, and guard filters
  • Provide technical recommendations for process optimization and improvements
  • Conduct technical meetings with offshore teams to address process deviations
  • Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, ORA, TRA, and SIL risk assessments and review action plans
  • Execute technical internal audits offshore and support SGSO, ANP, CONAMA, and PAG audits
  • Share lessons learned and technical best practices across the organization
  • Support ramp-up/down planning and equipment preservation for shutdowns
  • Define and execute a 3-Year Plan related to preventive facilities scope and support budget planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • Experience in the chemical industry acting as a process or production engineer
  • Experience in project business focused on process engineering
  • Oil and gas experience is desired
  • Experience in industry
