About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as Deputy to the Project Regulatory Manager, supporting the project’s regulatory efforts
- Report to the MPF's Regulatory Manager for the Hull scope until delivery when shared with the MPF Team
- Ensure consistent implementation and interpretation of regulations across the MPF and project
- Produce and manage the FPSO Regulatory Matrix throughout the project lifecycle
- Control the FPSO Regulatory Matrix on SBM’s Action Tracker and expedite late tasks
- Audit regulatory plans across locations and PMT activities to verify compliance
- Review regulatory-management NCR evidence, issue corrective actions, and facilitate closure
- Manage the Regulatory Queries Register and ensure timely resolution
- Act as focal point for site regulatory queries and provide regulatory guidance
- Inform project personnel of their regulatory responsibilities and promote compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Naval Engineer
- 6 years experience in the offshore industry
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Knowledge of Regulatory Management
- Knowledge of Learning from events
- Knowledge of Incident Management
- Knowledge of Human Rights Management
- Knowledge of Hazards and Effects Management
- Knowledge of Management of change application
