About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the point of contact for clients from the planning phase through building permit approval
- Conduct planning and product selection meetings with clients
- Develop the final house floor plan
- Define the scope of work for the roof, façade, and windows
- Handle bathroom and kitchen planning
- Prepare and monitor the necessary building permit application documents
- Provide technical support to architectural draftspeople
Requirements
What you’ll need- University of Applied Sciences or university degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related construction discipline
- Independent, self-directed, and customer-focused approach to work
- Friendly and communicative manner
- Strong written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level)
- Enthusiasm for and commitment to the digitalization of the planning sector
