- Maintain consistency with 1:1s and team rituals while guiding the team through high-impact decisions and new opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Career progression steeped in software engineering, the startup environment, and leadership development
- Deep technical expertise
- Experience championing and developing engineers
- Experience leading with emotional intelligence and building psychological safety
- Experience partnering closely with Product
- Constructive and respectful feedback skills
- Experience cultivating trust, ownership, and explicit communication
