About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the entire employee onboarding process, including requesting and reviewing documents, entering new employees into company systems, and preparing employment documentation.
  • Keep employee records and registrations up to date and compliant.
  • Manage the electronic timekeeping system, compensatory time bank, and medical certificates.
  • Address timekeeping discrepancies and make the necessary adjustments in accordance with company policies.
  • Submit attendance information, such as overtime, absences, and additional pay items, for payroll processing within established deadlines.
  • Assist employees and managers by answering questions about timekeeping, onboarding, and HR administration procedures.
  • Organize and archive departmental documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
  • Provide general support to the Human Resources department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with HR administration processes, particularly employee onboarding and timekeeping control.
  • Familiarity with electronic timekeeping systems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Generalist experience in HR administration is a plus.
  • Experience with payroll systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from different departments.
  • Commitment to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing improvements.
  • Discretion and ethical conduct when handling confidential information.
  • Availability to start immediately.
