Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience recruiting in tech or games, whether embedded, in-house, RPO or agency
  • Ability to build sourcing strategies using AI, available platforms, and current market trends
  • Ability to identify when an approach is not working and pivot strategy
  • Ability to interpret and use data to influence hiring managers
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Comfortable working remotely and staying connected with a distributed team
