About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support clients
- Analyze ERP subprojects, including high-level and detailed conceptual design
- Configure ABACUS Business Software using integrated customization tools
- Create customized client reports
- Train users on how to use ABACUS Business Software
- Provide post-implementation support and customer service
- Travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education in computer science or business information technology (Federal Diploma of Higher Education, HF, University of Applied Sciences, or university degree)
- Strong interest in information technology and excellent technical understanding
- Project experience in finance and accounting / controlling or in industry / retail
- Project experience with ABACUS ERP solutions
- Strong consulting skills
