About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions
Submit credit applications
Package, scan, and fund contracts
Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account
Update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals
Send and scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily
Log all contracts sent
Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met
Work directly with sales staff
Handle car financing as part of the sales process without directly interacting with customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail and accuracy
Math aptitude
Interest in Finance
Loan processing or credit report experience a plus
Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer's transactions
Ability to work Saturday shifts
Full-time availability
