  • Provide finance leadership across Missouri locations during emerging issues, vacancies, or absences
  • Assess financial risk, strengthen internal controls, and ensure adherence to GAAP and applicable requirements
  • Lead regional and cross-functional finance projects, review deliverables, coach finance professionals, and share expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must live within 100 miles of all Southwest Missouri locations, including Carthage, Monett, and Mount Vernon
  • Must be willing to travel to any Missouri facility as needed and meet the position's travel requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
  • Typically seven or more years of relevant FP&A, operations finance, accounting, or related experience
  • Manufacturing cost accounting experience is strongly preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of operations finance or a related specialty
  • Working knowledge of accounting, costing, FP&A, internal controls, and manufacturing or industry practices
  • Demonstrated success independently owning moderately complex projects or end-to-end processes affecting departmental, functional, or multi-site results
  • Ability to diagnose cross-functional problems, integrate financial and operational information, and implement improvements in processes, systems, reporting, or controls
  • Strong business judgment and influence, including advising senior leadership and aligning cross-functional partners
  • Exceptional communication and financial storytelling skills
  • Ability to lead end-to-end projects, organize work, review deliverables, coach contributors, and manage competing priorities with limited supervision
  • Advanced analytical and technology capabilities
  • Willingness and ability to adopt analytics, automation, and AI tools
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, acceptable driving record, and a vehicle capable of meeting travel needs
  • Authorization to work in the country in which the role is based
