About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and optimize Compliance-as-a-Service operations
- Manage key client relationships and key accounts
- Oversee regulatory monitoring, gap assessments, and impact analyses
- Develop and execute implementation concepts for new regulatory requirements, including KWG, WpIG, and MaComp
- Collaborate with advisory and legal teams on cross-functional projects
- Participate in strategic decision-making
- Oversee operational service delivery and drive the implementation of innovative compliance solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree (e.g., in law, finance, economics, or a related field), Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Professional experience at a Big Four firm or within a regulated financial institution
- In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulations (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, and MaComp)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
