About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the overall knowledge, organization, direction and requirements of the contract effort
- Ensure timely reporting of information so program efforts are met
- Demonstrate competence in project management and technical discipline fields
- Provide cost and schedule estimating
- Ensure programs meet systems discipline, engineering specifications and commercial practices relating to weapon systems procurement and production
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required
- Participate in program meetings as required
- Provide clear, concise communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in Business, Management, Engineering or Science required
- Two years of Program Management experience required
- Knowledge of industry policies and practices such as FAR, ISO 9001 and AS9110
- Understanding of and compliance with FAR, DoD regulations, requirements, policies and procedures
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project desired
- Earned Value Management and proposal writing experience preferred
- Any combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO or higher
