Requirements
What you’ll need- Familiarity with TRADOC Regulation 350-70, the SAT/ASAT process, and Army program courseware development
- Critical thinking, analysis, training design methodologies, and processes
- Ability to develop and integrate module content, materials, and media to meet deliverable specifications
- Project development experience using project management standards and processes preferred
- Ability to track and communicate project status, identify and resolve issues, and work within budget
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member and leader, and independently
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–5 instructors
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing requirements
- Army Instructor Training Course (TAITC) or equivalent military branch course
- Systems Approach to Training Course preferred
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fifteen years of combined military and civilian experience
- Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance
- Any combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO or higher
