About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery documentation.
  • Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Lead project governance routines, weekly reviews, status meetings, and steering committees.
  • Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers.
  • Keep projects on track for scope, timeline, budget, and customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate between customers and ScienceLogic delivery teams.
  • Lead project status calls, executive reviews, and steering committees for technical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Align project activities with customer business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate technical delivery activities into business value and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Develop understanding of ScienceLogic solutions, AI capabilities, and platform architecture.
  • Use AI, Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow orchestration for reporting, RAID management, action tracking, resource planning, and customer communications.
  • Drive projects with urgency and ownership, pushing back on scope creep or unrealistic timelines.
  • Own risks, issues, and escalations through resolution, coordinating across PS, Support, Product, Engineering, SRE, CS, and Sales.
  • Coordinate resource requirements, support forecasting and capacity planning, and track consultant assignments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or Power Apps is nice to have.
  • Experience building workflow automations and productivity improvements is nice to have.
  • Strong business acumen and customer awareness.
  • Comfort holding stakeholders accountable.
  • Ability to move between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Technical curiosity and appetite for AI and automation.
  • Ability to challenge customers professionally when required.
  • Ownership of problems through resolution.
  • Urgency and personal accountability.
  • Applicants must live in the United Kingdom, as indicated by the required location question.
