About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive rigorous training as a controlled environment subject matter expert for 6-18 months
  • After the first year, be sponsored for accreditation by the NSF to validate competency
  • Perform testing, certification, maintenance, and repair/troubleshooting of controlled environment equipment and cleanrooms
  • Work with equipment and cleanrooms used in biotech, med-tech, and healthcare
  • Visit customer sites, typically several customers in a given day
  • Interface directly with customers during site visits
  • Maintain an excellent standard of customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated high integrity, work ethic, and professionalism
  • 1+ years of electromechanical experience
  • Proficient in basic mathematics
  • Ability to solve complex solutions
  • Open to 50% regional travel
  • Ability to communicate with technical minded professionals
  • Outstanding team and customer communication
  • Bring your own vehicle (SUV or similarly spacious)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and criminal record
