About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop software for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) using Simatic Manager and TIA Portal
- Configure servo drives and variable-frequency drives
- Independently commission automated cells and industrial robots
- Act as the point of contact and coordinator for our customers during commissioning
- Commission individual modules or entire production lines across Germany
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in electrical engineering or a technician qualification; alternatively, equivalent knowledge of PLC programming
- Good working knowledge of Siemens Simatic Manager and TIA Portal
- Initial experience in drive technology and robotics
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany to commission individual modules or entire production lines
