About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the entire process for live marketing campaigns and point-of-sale (POS) materials, from entering orders into the system through budget and billing control
  • Work with the Account Executive to ensure the communication project is integrated and that brand guidelines, budget, and timelines are followed
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of clients’ industries and organizational cultures
  • Prepare concise communication briefs, taking into account the strategic perspective and relevance to the client’s industry
  • Enter and manage internal processes and work orders in the Creative, Engineering, Production, and Finance systems
  • Manage budgets, work orders, schedules, cost controls, allocated funds, and billing
  • Apply the client’s culture to work processes to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Planning, Creative, Engineering, Production, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Open and track tasks in TaskRow, create jobs in Flow, and assist with the financial payment workflow
  • Organize all files on the agency’s network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Advertising, Marketing Communications, or Events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Basecamp, and ProofHub
  • Proficiency in the internal TaskRow and Flow tools after completing the training provided by the agency
  • Strong verbal communication skills for client presentations
