About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Investigate and resolve client technical issues during and after onboarding, including failed imports, metadata mismatches, integration errors, and permission or access problems
  • Analyze logs, API responses, and existing scripts to identify root causes
  • Act as a technical point of contact for clients and escalate product issues to Engineering with clear diagnoses
  • Participate in complex deployments, including archive migrations, platform setups, bulk operations, and backfills
  • Own environment preparation, configuration, data checks, and pre-go-live validation
  • Follow and improve the deployment playbook
  • Develop scripts, internal tools, or AI agents to prevent recurring issues
  • Automate manual delivery work and package reusable solutions
  • Help the Deployment team use AI effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Final year of an engineering program OR a master’s degree in Business with at least one experience working on technical topics
  • Solid understanding of APIs
  • Able to read and understand code in Python, JavaScript, Bash or similar and modify an existing script
  • Genuine daily power user of AI tools
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • At ease talking to clients, including technical teams at large organizations
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • French is a plus
  • Based in the New York office
  • Visa sponsorship/provision is available
