About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help European prospects and customers understand technically sound solutions and design ScorePlay-backed workflows
  • Partner with Sales across EMEA to scope needs, answer technical questions, own RFP responses, and build trust with media, production, and IT stakeholders
  • Own ScorePlay’s responses to RFPs and tenders across EMEA end to end
  • Assemble RFP documents and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering
  • Serve as the technical voice in complex evaluations, including archive migration and multi-system environments
  • Join technical sales cycles to uncover constraints, map workflows, and shape the appropriate approach
  • Translate customer goals into end-to-end workflows covering capture, ingest, management in ScorePlay, and distribution
  • Produce architecture diagrams and workflow maps
  • Partner with Sales on deal scoping and cost inputs
  • Build documentation, templates, and technical collateral for Sales
  • Answer technical questions from regional salespeople
  • Feed recurring workflow patterns and customer constraints back into Product and Tech
  • Build and manage relationships with systems integrators and workflow vendors
  • Coordinate partners when solutions require multiple parties
  • Work with the Deployment Engineer to ensure clean post-signature handovers
  • Occasionally work on the customer side to unblock progress

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Around 2 to 5 years in a technical role with real customer exposure
  • Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation specialist, Technical Account Manager, or engineer involved in pre-sales and design work
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with mixed technical and non-technical audiences
  • Awareness of media, broadcast, or Media Asset Management workflows is nice to have
  • Comfort reasoning about deal scoping, tradeoffs, and complexity drivers is nice to have
  • Curious, self-sufficient, and comfortable in an environment where processes are still being developed
  • Able to represent ScorePlay credibly and communicate tradeoffs honestly
  • Thoughtful use of AI
  • Live within about an hour of a major international airport
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time
  • Work authorization or visa sponsorship status must be addressed in the application
