About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, educate, present, and cross-sell SCU products and services to new and existing members
- Meet individual sales and operational goals and assist the branch team in achieving branch goals
- Maintain cross-functional capabilities
- Process financial transactions, including opening and closing accounts
- Input, review, negotiate, and close member loan application requests
- Process account deposits and withdrawals
- Perform teller duties, including opening and closing the teller terminal and balancing cash
- Perform OFAC screens and report positive matches to the BSA Group
- Complete CTR and SAR requirements under BSA rules
- Foster member relationships and provide prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service
- Investigate member concerns, research issues, and recommend resolutions
- Ensure member service satisfaction expectations are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Personal computer experience including Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work in multiple branch locations
- Full-time availability Monday–Saturday, with Saturday rotation as scheduled
