About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead ScreenPoint Medical’s AI enablement effort
  • Identify internal workflows worth automating and prioritize what gets built
  • Build AI-powered tools to accelerate internal workflows in collaboration with workflow-owning teams
  • Apply security as a guiding principle throughout design and development
  • Drive adoption by evangelizing AI tooling internally and helping colleagues and teams gain value from the tools
  • Build internal production-grade tools, shipping quickly and iterating from proof of concept to daily-use solutions
  • Integrate LLM/AI capabilities, including APIs, agents, RAG, and automation frameworks, into internal tools and pipelines
  • Design, build, and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines
  • Own and evolve Kubernetes-based infrastructure, including deployments, scaling, observability, and cost
  • Take full ownership of solutions from idea through production support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Self-starter able to lead AI enablement end-to-end, from stakeholder discussions through shipping, operating, and driving adoption
  • Track record of inventing solutions and driving change
  • Experience building with AI/LLM tooling (APIs, agent/orchestration frameworks, automation), or strong software engineering skills with clear, demonstrated momentum toward AI tooling
  • At least 7 years of experience in DevOps supporting cloud development
  • Last 1–2 years focused on AI enablement and tooling
  • Strong hands-on DevOps experience with AWS, Argo, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, CI/CD pipeline design, and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Solid, practical knowledge of Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, troubleshooting, and cluster operations
  • Knowledge of BitBucket preferred
  • Background in regulated or healthcare software environments preferred
  • Must provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) or background check as part of the application procedure
